Manning, Shore based Education and Training: The entire fleet of Myanma Five Star Line (MFSL) is fully manned by keen and competent Myanmar officers, together with well trained and experienced crew. To ensure consistent high standards, upgrading the quality of ships personnel are continuously being trained to achieve the STCW requirements. |

It is our belief that well trained crew will do a better job in preventing accidents and subsequent operational problems. Should any problems or mishaps occur, the crew will be fully equipped and qualified to promptly judge what action is needed to prevent an emergency situation from worsening. |
